Junction on the Neasden to Northolt section of the Last Main Line (built by T. Oliver & Son between 1901 -1905). Beyond is Wembley Tower. Begun in 1893 by Sir Edward Watkin, Chairman of the Manchester, Sheffield & Lincolnshire Railway, the tower was designed to be some 1200 hundred feet high. However, the project experienced a number of technical and financial setbacks, and the tower was never completed. Dubbed Watkin's Folly, the structure had been demolished by 1907.
