Looking across the bridge over Regents Canal, this photograph was taken during the construction of London's goods depot, situated north of the Last Main Line terminus at Marylebone. This enormous building, built by J.T. Firbank of London Bridge as part of Contract No.7 (West Hampstead to Marylebone), has long since been demolished.
